Bilic Board meeting determines he's the man - sacked
Before this gets locked how is it unreasonable to have, on a West Ham forum a discussion about the manager in charge when we have many, many threads about players who are contracted to us. There will always be fans for and fans against an individual and a forum is a place to air those opinions, whether positive or negative, it is the very nature of a forum. The fact it was locked was poor form in my opinion.

Whilst it will be easy for some posters to say "all this after 1 loss to Man U" they are forgetting the percentage of fans that have been saying Bilic is not up to the job midway through last season, nothing has changed.

We now have the players but whilst we have that incompetent friendly friendly chap at the helm we will do well to finish 12th this season.

Make sure you make a note of this as anything better if he is in charge come the end of the season will be an absolute miracle, he is out of his depth, clueless tactically and should of been replaced in the summer.

I said it 4 months ago and I will say it again, the biggest mistake we will of made in the summer was not replacing Bilic.

Now if people have different view and opinions that is perfectly normal and I would hope this is something that is able to be discussed on a West Ham forum.

Locking the bilic out thread which is probably the largest in the history of this site because one cunt SaId 'lock this shit' is fucking daft as a new one will just pop up after every other Gane for the whole season.

I can only think a mod was on a fucking period at the time.

Re: Bilic
You're right this is the place for opinions.

I think you've pissed your knickers,or do you think Bilic told Obiang to get caught on the ball or Reid to leave Lukaku to 4ft7 Masuaku?

Sometimes it's the players fault

Re: Bilic
Yeah, I really wish we were like some Clubs who sacked their manager every twenty minutes, they're always so stable.

One of the things I love about us is that we have a long and proud history of standing by our managers. I don't want to be like those other Clubs with fans who get itchy because we lost the first game of the season with several of our most important players missing.

Slav has his limitations, but he deserves to be manager now. Last season was always going to be hard with the new stadium, we were ok in the end, now we can start to build.

And to suggest the Watford manager gets it - are you serious or mental? Hull had half a dozen decent games and got relegated. You can't bring a bloke in on the back of that. By your criteria, you'd have brought Slav in as he had a good season with us - yet you think he's rubbish.

A long and proud history of standing by our managers other than HALF the managers during the BERKS reign.

Guess that's another part of our once long and proud history they shat all over.

We also have a long and proud tradition of winning fuck all

Oh I forgot, we won at Arsenal a couple of years back

Re: Bilic
I have to admit I have serious doubts about Bilic as I think we get rolled over far too easily in a lot of games & not just by the top sides either

If we manage to sign this Wild Willy Cavalho fellow, perhaps that will sort out our midfield defensive weakness

After this window closes we should have every right to expect a big improvement as Bilic's team starts to gel

If that doesn't happen there can be no justification in renewing his contract at the end of the season

The excuses for these poor performances are starting to wear a bit thin now

Re: Bilic
even with Carvahlo, we're still short of at least two attacking midfielder. the cunts need to strengthen the squad

Re: Bilic
No intensity in our play and poor work rate, fitness and strength. Same as last season. We just cannot press teams or deal with being pressed/closed down quickly.

Manager and team at fault for me. Will give him 10 games to see if he can improve the commitment and intensity but we have to remember we are now one of the worst teams in terms of goals conceded over the last 12 months.

Re: Bilic
It's understandable to lose a bit of faith in him after a performance like that, but a more appropriate time to judge him will be a few games into the season when Lanzini and Antonio are back.

Worst manager we've had since Roeder. Having said that, I'll always love him for the last game at Upton Park, but he should have gone last December.

Re: Bilic
Too early to criticise the manager yet, the next 4 or 5 games should show us what our season will be like. The team need to gel, which will happen with more games.

Re: Bilic
Like the person, dislike his performance.
I'm not sure what the plan is. The players look confused and lack understanding with each other.

Also, don't stand on the touchline chatting with Mourhino. For two hours he is the mortal enemy, the team that he manages, the ground that they play in, the people who support them. We are West Ham for fucks sake!

Sir Alf .... manager and team at fault?
Of course they're at fault! Who elses fault would it be ?
Slag the Daves off all you like but I looked at our line up today and really thought we had a shout but fuck me , we caved in without a fight just like we did on so many occasions last season . We look off the pace and short on ideas just like we did on so many occasions last season!I do wonder what the fuck goes on at our training sessions. Do they work on team shape , tactics or take the opposition into consideration. Is Bilic just too nice maybe ?
Surely someone pointed out that Lukaku always scores against us ? So why oh why was he marked by our shortest defender ? It's not fucking rocket science!
